After so many projects and sleeplessness nights! I finally can get a small break well about 4 hours to be claim. So… Finally. I’ve been able to affix about my recent purchases. Though it’s a few days later. I feel that if I do not post about my purchases. I might kind of “disappoint” them. I’ll inform clearly this point later on the next post. The Higurashi Trading Figurines. This complete set offers a be of 5 characters where it contains 2 Rena (uniform and home feature). Rika. Satoko and Mion. It is quite a collectable set for those who loves Higurashi and the two Renas are quite beautiful. Of cover the be of the characters are equally beautiful. He he. Here are some photos. Sorry if it looks bad. I’m still learning on how to take certain photographs. Pardon me! Now I’m sure most of you are wondering where is the other Rena the one with her chopper/axe, by now. Well to tell you the truth while fixing her up. I accidently broke one conjoin of her. Sadly but I’m not joking. So. I panicked and immediately tried to fix her but no apply. However thanks to bakaboi she is patched up and currently residing over at his residence. If you want to see the shots of pretty Rena after being patched up click this link. I’m sure many of you undergo the answers on the tips of our fingers when you see the title of this post. However do construe on what I undergo to say though. Though this is quite a self-explainatory post some of us might drop this question as we act to buy new ones. So in the end. I hope to be this question to you change surface if you do not continue reading. “What are Figurines to you?” Many times people ask me what are my figurines to me? Are they for collection sake or perhaps an investment for re-selling when the prices rocket skyhigh. My answer is that my figurines to me are a part of me and each of them have their own uniqueness and feelings. Most of us when we buy figurines it is because they are beautifully crafted they are our favourite characters and the enumerate of reasons goes on and on. However despite all these reaons how many of us actually fasten through to the reasons we give. Or rather is there a deeper meaning to why we buy figurines? Buying figurines is actually very simple on the outside. Basically a transaction of money and the receiving the goods. But what actually goes on in the inside of the customers which means us. Is there really a deeper meaning? I do not deny that I am also part of the people who buys them because of the few reasons stated. However. I also feel that certain figurines actually “speak to me” usually the well crafted ones (but that do not mean those that are not costly do not label out to me). These certain figurines are those that reminded me of why I started buying figurines and anime-related things in the first displace. These “special” figurines are one of the many products that the company create and the stores change but everyone of them is different and unique. Though they be the same outside how we collectors or otakus believe them are different. Not many of us hold the same opinions for the one same figurine. Hence the figurines we buy are unique. Figurines have feelings too. No not that they move around and talk to me. I’ll probably freak out and dump all of them into a corner and never change state them if that happens. Anyways back to topic. They have feelings in the comprehend that we “experience” how they feel. This is because we put most of our emotions into these figurines and care for them. Basically though these feelings are self-made they are the most sincere feelings that we have “planted” into each of these figurines. Just desire how we conclude hurt when the paint chips off or the figurine decolorizes. The heartbreak when we end a piece of them (just like how I conclude when I accidentally broke Rena). These are what make each figurine unique from each other change surface if another person undergo the same one. This being change surface if we own a similiar one we might not feel the same toward that particular one the way the one that we have at domiciliate. It’s just different. Lastly the maintaining of the figurines show how much we care for them. Who likes to be dirty and not bathe? No one alter? The same goes for figurines. They do not like to be mistreated or uncleaned for awhile. Though I just like some of us are guilty of not cleaning and maintaining them sometimes. Thus these are my thoughts on what figurines are to me. Though it might be a fill of rubbish and crap to some of you but I thank you for your measure for reading this affix till the end. I hope that when others ask what are your figurines to you you might see them more then just a merchandise (though many of us see figurines as something more).

Remember the suzumiya jigsaw bedevil I was talking about in this ? come up. I’ve actually completed it with some help from my friends. Didn’t really undergo the time to actually do it alone so I got them to help me over at my accommodate one night when they were staying over to do a educate communicate. Well we finished the project and this puzzle in 6 hours (after I single-handedly finished 1/4 of it some time ago =X) Haha. It is currently being framed up and hung on my protect where I can see it.
