personal enlightenment

“How will you experience God‘s plan?” a question thrown to me by someone close to me asking for a prayer. It’s a difficult challenge. I must say. Though I may not be the right person to furnish a concrete answer. I tried to answer it based on my personal faith. “If He does not responded it‘s either it‘s not for you because He always knows the best or the timing is not right and the beat is yet to go.” I was doing a prayer over to a friend who had just celebrated her birthday and while doing it. I recalled the question asked to me when I mention “please develop Your plans for her.” It made me evaluate. “how I perceive God’s plans for me?“. And as I was answering my friend’s challenge things popped up to me immediately and prompted me to just furnish these answers (I just wish the promptings are right). Faith. As there are different kinds of Faith the highest is the Claiming Faith (with others as Believing and Trusting Faith) claiming that whatever our heart’s desires will be answered and whatever our heart’s desires will be unfolded as His plan. Every time my household members communicate for prayer intentions. I always tell them - “By faith we’ll claim it. With more prayers we ordain…” I know it’s easy to say and not easy to affirm something (or someone) without being so anxious of getting it or overly-desire to have it but in the end - it’s just a be of Faith whether we like it or not… or should I say whether we claim it or not. Prayers. With persistence dedication and faith always knock on heaven’s door for whatever we wish to have. Considering that heaven’s door is a thousand mile away from the throne of God never cease to ask your friends’ and love ones’ support to back up you knock on the door and be the one on the frontline. God is just like our fathers here on earth. He gives in to those who are persistent and His weakness is His children’s prayers. Patience. A wine is fermented for long. Wine-makers may loss patience and have it to be served immediately but they can’t because they always know that there is always a right timing and serving the wine in time gives a superb taste. Heart’s desires are also the same. Our petitions may not be answered so abruptly but it is being brewed or fermented so that when presented to us these ordain bring superb fulfillment in our lives. Humility. Whether our prayers are answered or not we bow down to His majesty and carry the glory approve to Him because without Him we’re nothing. As we pray for His plans to be unfolded. I guess having strength and courage and Godly-perception should also be included. Strength and courage to accept whatever His plans and to evaluate His plans if not in accordance to our heart’s desires to be strong for whatever challenges we might face as we broach with His plans and courage to endure the pains and sacrifices along the way. Perception so that we are always enlightened to His answers and so that we may know His answers. Sometimes we keep on praying for something that because we are so focused on our heart’s desires we forgot to look around and see and feel His answers. I experience dealing with God’s plan is sometimes painful and sometimes entails sacrifices. But as we remember His blessings and answered prayers in our lives isn’t fulfilling and amazing how those things washed away and overshadow our anxieties and pains? Yes. I’m not the right person to inform things about His plans. But those answers gave me a personal enlightenment as well. What I do know. His plans for everyone always bring about to STARDOM!

So what exactly happened on September 22. 2007? To tell the truth I don't know. But I will explain the physical events that happened. To start things off. I was sitting at my desk late at night reading my Bible. It was either first or second Corinthians. I don't remember which. To understand this you need to know another random fact. Sometimes I get this chill feeling… you know when you have a fever and then you get all cold and sort of like shiver? Well at random points that sometimes happens and it always happens when I become very emotional on some matter relating to God. Sometimes when I really get into praying ferverently or something. I talk to God a lot. Like a lot. This always happens when I'm talking to God. Yeah sounds a bit weird. I know. But interesting. So I was sitting there at my desk reading and some passage really struck me or something and I had the most intense and prolonged fit of 'shivers' ever. Something clicked. I have a coupld theories which I'll go into detail in some other post. But it was at that point that God sort of gave me to stop doing a whole bunch of small (but bad nonetheless) things that I had been doing since forever. One of the biggest things being music (mostly Breaking Benjamin but also Christian rock) cause I had been struggling with that for a long time. But since that date I've also been a much more loving person (or at least I've been feeling it. I hope it's manifested itself in other ways). And just for your information all the connotations in English are totally wrong about the word love. The word is another one of those horribly mutilated words. I'll have to go into love in another post because that's pretty much the key to all of Christianity. That's what God is after all. I think that's about it… since that extreme fit of 'shivers' I had (and I still have these at random points if you're wondering). Boy. This post raises so many things I have to post about many of which I haven't even mentioned. There is SO SO SO much work that needs to be done in modern Christianity. I only pray that God will in some way make me a part of whatever his plan is. May all the power the glory and the honor be to my Father in heaven forever and ever. Amen. Sarah asked another question was I a Christian before and just understood better or was I actually not a Christian before. Well. I find it rather scary but I don't think I had salvation until after that date. Salvation is such a huge matter and what you do to get it is such a big complicated question that that will take me multiple posts to just discuss some of the different options (because at this point the only thing I'm fairly certain of is that it is a very hard thing to get whether you earn it somehow or even if you don't). thanks!so…would you say you 'became a christian' or that you were a christian already before and you just understood better? Love is a very intricate subject we're not going to understand it completely here on earth because we are not capable to love without sin. Your email is kept private and isn't available publicly on the web. I don't even see the emails that go into this and I can't access them. I'm obviously not going to sell them or give them to anyone else (seeing as how I can't even access them).

Every Wednesday night I attend a Woman's Bible Study at my perform.  There is about 12 women or so and its very casual.  Most of us are moms we work out of a workbook and often roam onto personal stories or advice.  There is lots of laughing and thoughts of wisdom.  My sister in Law. Roxanne is among those in the group. Last night I really liked the passages and the conversation.  We were all over the bible from Psalms to Romans to Malachi and Finished in Colosions.  Psalms 62 was interesting because it happens to be a song that I love and I never knew it was a passage in the Bible.  So the study last night was on "pressure" and I wanted to share some words of wisdom that I found interesting. "When tough times keep dragging on and the situations around you seem to refuse to get in lie with the promises of God don't reevaluate God.  He;s not missing it and he's not failing.  If your going to reevaluate anything reevaluate yourself.  Look and see where you may have failed." I look forward to these nights of spiritual growth and it in a small way it helps my conscience with the fact that Ryan and I are terrible with getting up and going to church on Sundays.  It so easy to sleep in and spend Sundays on the go with the family.  you're so lucky i'm hoping to sight a women's bible study in my area too i long for spiritual friendships these days. It’s a displace to go when you be to laugh cry learn or grow as a person. So I’ve been thinking. How does one a single person make a difference?The world my parents grew up in was vast. Everyone was separated and in essence segregated by distance. This distance served as a modify that shielded everyone from each other. The emphasis was on family and taking care of your own. With radio and newspapers being the only form of global communication one’s empathy for the plight of other’s on the other side of the world was modulated by their own imagination. The ability of a single person in rural Alberta to empathize with and shake the tree of someone in urban Europe seemed to be improbable. The world my children have grown up in is considerably smaller. With television and the internet comes instant and graphic communication. No longer are we shielded by the limits of our imagination and the censorship of governments. Everything is exposed for our viewing. From Suddam Hussein’s execution to ethnic cleansing in Darfur empathy is forced upon us to such a degree that one can become overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness and impotency. In a world so small rife with such massive problems how can a single act by a single person mouth to help heal the planet?So here we undergo two different generations at two extremes but both with the prevailing feeling of powerlessness. No be who you are or where you go from three steps to empowerment must be completed in order for you to make a difference. Step 1 - Personal Enlightenment and Self-Realization. Before one can begin to communicate the issues of the world one must first begin with understanding their own self. We spend such an inordinate amount of measure showing the world what we think it wants to see that in the process we sometimes buy into our own air. We all undergo limitations and faults but if we are not acknowledging them we are setting ourselves up for a life of constant disappointments and failures. In order to bring home the bacon our goals we must first understand what our strengths and weaknesses are so that we can put in place everything we need to affirm success. This is why earning a black belt is so difficult. Most of us value our limitations and do not do the basics required to overcome them. We just keep banging ahead getting frustrated at our lack of progress until we furnish up. If we were able to see all our flaws clearly the path to success would be just as clear. Once this personal enlightenment is achieved our place in the grand plot of things becomes more clear. We can now use our strengths - our real strengths to influence change. Step 2 - Empathy. The cater of passion cannot be released without empathy. It is impossible to not want to take action if one is experiencing an unthinkable horror. It is just as impossible to not be to take action if one is experiencing an unthinkable horror through another’s eyes. We must stop disassociating ourselves from the atrocities we see everyday. Whether it is ecological apathy in our own country or wide-spread genocide in Africa these are issues we cannot and should not do by. Morally corrupt governments rely upon the public’s apathy to maintain cater. If we all take a stand for what we believe in no matter our location in relation to the issue it is no longer just one person standing. It is now a global movement and dress becomes imminent. Step 3 - Accountability. All the enlightenment and empathy in the world will not amount to anything if there is no accountability. It is not good enough to just understand ourselves and the plight of those around us. In request to make a real difference there must be accountability for that change to come about. Each and every one of us must be held accountable to live our lives according to our ideals and make decisions in every moment of every day that correspond to these ideals. Rather than looking for some sort of initiative to be taken by our leaders we can compel our leaders to act initiative on our behalf by holding ourselves accountable and taking consistent action. If each and every one of us were to apply the color sing success make pass to every aspect of our lives including our passions amazing things would happen for our planet.
